	Night Time Service Charge for Package A ($50.00) Does your property have an incredible view of the strip that you would like captured through our professional still shot digital photography? Does the lighting in the front or back yards need to be seen to be believed? After our photographers take their day-time shots, we can schedule to come back out to the property in the evening hours to add the "icing to the cake" on your virtual tour.
	Enhanced Slide Show for Package A ($10.00) Due to some rules changes made by the GLVAR, they do not allow for links to be placed in the "Virtual Tour" field that have any form of branding on them for marketing. This includes the listing agent's name, phone numbers, agency logo or the contracted photography company's name or information. In the past, we have given agents links to the tour and have only been able to put these links in the "Agent to Agent Remarks". This meant agents missed out on having their tours listed with the local search engine. Using this form of slide show we are now able to satisfy the association's rules and offer a top-notch presentation. Any links placed in the "Virtual Tour" field of the MLS get automatically imported into LasVegasRealtor.com, which is a local search engine. Using the Enhanced Slide Show allows viewers to see the home closely using a movie-style presentation. Enhanced slide shows have motion and transition effects.
